About me and my practice
I am an experienced, accredited Pluralistic Counsellor who puts the client at the centre of the counselling process. I use a mixture of the psychodynamic approach, Person-Centred and CBT to support my clients. I work online.
Experience
I have over 3 years of experience, and I currently work on several counselling platforms. I also have a small private practice. I focus on several areas, mainly childhood trauma in adults, including stress, anxiety, low mood, low confidence and self-esteem, workplace and other bullying, mental health issues, loss, grief and depression, as well as issues associated with race.
